Production

Most of our systems are produced and pre-assembled in our own workshop in Sunne. We have our own resources for all mechanical processing and assemble the necessary electronics on site. The fact that everything is done by ourselves under our own roof gives us an advantage. We can quickly and easily parse changes during ongoing projects and adapt the components to specific conditions.

Workshop

In the machine shop, among other things, the pipe system is manufactured, which, together with instrumentation, is mounted in the prefabricated gas station. In the electrical workshop, systems for monitoring and process control are being built. Here, PLC is programmed and the operator panel and the entire gas station are tested before delivery and installation on site at the customer.

Construction Work

While the gas station is being built in Sunne, we are working at the landfill with the construction of the gas wells and piping systems that together with condensation wells and other equipment provide a complete and functional safe gas collection system. When the gas station is delivered, everything is prepared for a quick and smooth connection to the gas collection system.

Biogas Systems also contributes to the commissioning and training of operating personnel.
